Lose Your Weight Forever!

I wrote this article for women. Although, a great amount of men are interested in ways of weight loss too. Lucky men as they become slim faster than women. Why? You will understand this later, but now we can start.

Eating is one of the most favorite habits of people today. Unfortunately, it's after effect may not always be good to the body especially when you are eating too much. This is the sole reason it is necessary to keep the ideal weight for us, women, - to look good. While, the main reason to keep the ideal weight for men is to prevent certain diseases from endangering their overall health.

All of us tried to lose weight at least once during our lives. If you are interested in my article, you attempted all the famous ways to lose weight, such as:
  • different diets which were sometimes difficult and crazy, sometimes unhealthy;
  • visiting gyms, doing hard and long-time exercises which do not always coincide with your abilities and the rhythm of your life too, or you didn't see immediate results, and as a result you lost the motivation;
  • medical procedures which are very expensive by the way;
  • counting calories which we can't adhere when we have special holiday meals or dinners with friends. The problem with this idea is also that it is difficult to count them.
But as soon as you stop to follow diets, counting calories, or visit procedures your being overweight comes back even more than it was before. After all our attempts we understand that losing weight was never an easy task, but nowadays technologies and knowledges have enabled people to lose weight with faster and safer ways, with little to no effort.

Scientists have discovered that almost everything to do with weight loss for both men and women is controlled by one master hormone. This hormone that responsible for 100% of your body's ability to burn fat is Leptin. The good news are that women have a lot more Leptin than men have. The bad news are that women just aren't using Leptin's fat burning potential because they don't "hear" it. Because of the demands of child-bearing, and child nurturing our body doesn't care about a sexy waistline. It is genetic.

So what can we, ladies, do? Don't worry in any case! To feel more confident and more revitalized is the typical desire of every woman.

Be beautiful and happy!
I can share information on ideal weight with you, and great results will be seen instantly to keep you inspired and in just a matter of few weeks.

Best regards,

Olga Lieskova.

Permanent Changes For Permanent Weight Loss

As we all know, each of our bodies are unique and reacts to the environment in different ways. There are no universal diets or exercise programs that work for everyone. We all have different body types, blood types and ways to expend energy. There are however, common ground that can result in a stronger, healthier you. Regardless of these factors, eating the right foods, exercising and rest will aid you in your fight against body fat.

There are generally three body types, ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph. An ectomorph has a long, lean body and finds it hard to gain muscle or weight for that matter. A mesomorph has a naturally athletic frame, which gives them the advantage to gaining muscle. An ectomorph typically has a large, compact body with a slow metabolism and stores fat easily. Most people are a combination of two of the three body types.

This doesn't mean that if you are overweight, you would automatically categorize your body type as endomorph. Either of the three can be overweight, underweight or simply out of shape. Knowing about your type will help you to understand your body better. Moreover, losing weight at any level is a challenge. To be successful, hard work, dedication and patience are required.

Use the information about your body type to help you reach your ideal physique. Some one with an endomorph body type will have the most trouble losing weight. Someone with an ectomorph physique will have a harder time gaining muscle mass. Someone with a mesomorph can join a gym and surpass the two other body types in strength and appearance. This is why you shouldn't look at what someone else is doing to lose weight. Find what works for you. The best thing is variety. Work on your cardio, mix in some circuit training, using bodyweight, weights and resistance bands, eat healthier and stay active. Plan your meals and snacks, stick to a schedule, make exercising a priority and get plenty of rest.

Plan to go to the gym either before work, on your lunch break (if possible) or immediately after work. Set weekly goals for yourself so you have something to look forward to. Set up a weight loss challenge with a friend or even a restroom challenge. You can be creative with the challenges. Start with 25 air squats every time you enter a restroom. Compare daily totals with your friend. If you find that you aren't seeing results, switch your routine. As you learn more about yourself and your body type, you will understand what works best for you.

Spend less time sitting down and more time moving. Walk more and drive less. Try drinking only water for thirty days. Keep giving yourself small challenges and work hard to complete them. Give yourself three vegetables to eat in a day. See if you can make it through a day without coffee. Make small changes over a course of time so you can eliminate unhealthy foods from your diet. Slowly make changes so you don't feel overwhelmed and discouraged. This will help you to make lasting changes that will keep you looking forward to the progress you make along the way. If you are completely lost and don't know where to begin, start in the kitchen.

10 Questions You Need to Answer Before Going on a Diet

1. What is your goal? Many diets fail because the target is uncertain. If you are not sure what your ideal weight should be, you will never be satisfied with the results, as you can always lose "just a few pounds more".

2. When has the problem started? It is possible that you started to overeat in response to an emotional trauma or a significant life event. If so, careful examination of the situation will help you deal with the real reason behind your overeating.

3. What is your "dieting history"? If you already have an experience of a failed diet, try to describe it in great detail. If you will be able to spot when and why do you normally get stuck, you will avoid similar problems in the future.

4. In what situations do you normally overeat? Perhaps, you reach out for chocolate when you are stressed or start eating more when you feel tired? In that case, you need a rest or an emotional support, not an extra slice of pizza.

5. Where do you overeat? Do you snack at work or are you hiding crisps in the car and eat them when no one is watching? Knowing your eating patterns will help you avoid the "risky" situations.

6. What are you saying to yourself when you overeat? Quite possibly, you are feeling guilty or blaming yourself. Constant self-criticism will not help you lose weight, but might well push you into more "comfort eating".

7. Do you like yourself? Have a good look in the mirror and give a honest answer. Do you like yourself right now, not when you will be 10 kg lighter? In your quest for a perfect body you will need an ally and that ally is you!

8. What was the attitude towards thin/fat people in your family of origin? Perhaps you are just replicating old statements, mentally repeating that "In our family people are big" or believing that "thin people are unhealthy".

9. Could you describe a typical mealtime in your family of origin? Were you told to eat up everything on your plate even if you did not like the food? Perhaps in your mind you are still listening to your parents and feel obliged to finish your meal, rather than listen to your body.

10. And the last question - can you imagine yourself in the future, having achieved your target weight? Try to picture yourself: What are you wearing? How are you feeling? How are people reacting to the "new you"? If you feel uncomfortable doing this visualization, you might have a few psychological barriers to overcome before starting on a diet. The easier and more pleasant the visualization will become, the more ready you will be to lose weight for good.

Weight Loss Basics to Help You Get Started

Before diving into some new diet or exercise routine, ask yourself the following questions in order to help guide you towards the ideal weight loss plan for you.
What will life on this plan be like?

Set yourself up for success with a plan that is doable for you, for instance if you love eating pastas and bread, do not force yourself to go on a low carb diet as it will only be a matter of time before you snap back to your old eating habits. With enough research, or the help from a nutritionist, you will find the eating plan that is ideal for you.

How many calories will I consume on a daily basis?

Some diets ask followers to adhere to strict daily calorie allotments. Be careful of these diets because your body needs enough nutrition in order to function normally. These extremely low calorie diets can leave you feeling physically drained and exhaust your willpower as a result. Rather choose an eating plan that is balanced with all the nutrients your body needs, but keep track of how much you consume in order to prevent overeating.

What type of foods will I be eating most often?

A sensible weight loss diet will involve plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, lean protein, fat-free dairy, healthy fats and occasional snacks. Look at a week's worth of eating plans and ask yourself: "Can I see myself eating this for the rest of my life".

What exercise routine would form part of my exercise routine?

An exercise routine forms a very important part of any weight loss plan. Exercise is not only good for burning calories, but it helps to reduce stress and has countless other health benefits. There are many forms of exercise out there so don't force yourself to run if you hate it, rather look for another form of exercise that you enjoy like cycling, swimming or weight lifting.

Fall in love with the process of losing weight

In order for you to achieve long term weight loss success, you have to fall in love with the process of losing weight. In other words you must eat healthy because you like the way that it makes you feel and exercise because you like the rush of Endorphins and your generally increased energy levels. The first step to falling in love with the process of losing weight is to choose a weight loss plan that is ideal for you.

10 Weight Loss Tips for Beginners

There are many reasons for wanting to lose weight. Among the many reasons are feeling more energetic, better health, and more self confidence. It seems as if it should be an easy goal to accomplish once the desire for these things hits. However, it is not so easy to do, especially for those that have never tried to lose weight before. These simple tips, though, will make the weight loss process more bearable.

Don't Allow Yourself to Get Too Hungry

Hunger is the enemy of all that are trying to diet. When hungry, anything edible suddenly seems like a good idea. Whatever is consumed may quell the hunger, but it often comes back to haunt you later. Avoid that regret by planning meals and snack time in advance. Always have a healthy snack handy. Keep it in the car, a purse, a pocket, or anywhere else near by just in case you do get hungry and are caught away from home.

Do Not Cheat the Calorie Intake

Math does not lie. If roughly 3500 equals a pound, all it takes is an excess of 3500 a week to gain a pound a week. An excess in calories is more than the body uses. If the body cannot use all of the calories consumed in a day, it stores those calories as fat for later use. So if more calories are continuously being consumed than used, the fat builds up. Weight loss only begins when more calories are being used than consumed.

Eat Carefully After Exercise

A workout leaves a person feeling hungry, but eating too many calories after a workout can undo all of the work that would otherwise go toward the weight loss goal. People also tend to overestimate the amount of calories burned during a workout, thinking they can afford to eat more calories after a meal. One way to avoid that trap is to plan a healthy post workout snack that will curb the hunger without adding more calories.

Remember Red, Orange, and Green

If every time you eat a meal you put something either red, orange, or green on your plate, you will be sure to get many of the nutrients your body needs. In addition, colorful food is more attractive and increases the appetite. You will be more likely to eat more healthy food and less unhealthy calories. In fact, following a strict calorie counting diet may be too difficult. If so, try focusing on this tip instead.

Drink A Lot

Shying away from liquids for fear of retaining water weight is not a good idea. The truth is, a person is more likely to retain water when not getting enough of it. Not to mention, dehydration is not healthy and causes a whole host of other medical problems. It is much better to be a heavy drinker, especially at meal time. Drink water, though, not alcohol or other beverages. Not even diet sodas are helpful for weight loss. They are loaded with salt and unhealthy artificial sweeteners. Water is a zero calorie indulgence and it helps the stomach feel full so that less calories are ingested. The average person needs to consume about 64 ounces of water a day in order to avoid dehydration.

Ditch the Salt

Salt has the potential to increase both hunger and thirst. Plus, too much salt in the diet leaves a person feeling bloated, can cause weight gain, leads to water retention, and makes it hard to lose weight. Always check the labels on items purchased in the grocery store. Lower sodium options are always best. Better yet, whenever possible, prepare a meal at home where sodium does not have to be added.

Do Not Keep Food on the Table

Traditionally, food is placed in the center of the table and then passed around to put on the plate. However, that leads to temptation to eat more servings than necessary even if hunger is already gone. Instead, plate the food somewhere away from the place it will be eaten. You will be less likely to go back for seconds if you have to get up to get it.

Do Not Rush

People that eat quickly tend to eat more than those that eat slowly. This is because it takes some time for the brain to register the feeling of being full after food is in the stomach. The average time for the brain to realize the stomach is full is about 20 minutes. So, taking more time to chew food thoroughly and to fully enjoy the flavors of it gives the brain time to register that the stomach is full without overstuffing.

Eat Before Going Out

Going out with friends or going to parties tends to lead to excess food consumption. All the goodies are there for the taking. It is quite easy to mindlessly consume the snacks. To avoid that issue, eat a healthy meal before heading out. You will be more mindful of what and how much you eat.

Never Skip Breakfast

Research published by the British Journal of Nutrition suggests that those who eat breakfast every day stay more satisfied throughout the rest of the day than those that do not. The goal for breakfast should be about 250 calories and there should be protein included in the meal. This will keep you feeling fuller longer, making it less likely that you will do unhealthy snacking or that you will consume too many calories during lunch

Are You Watching 5 Hours Of Television Per Day?

Did you know the average American adult watches five hours of television per day? According to the New York Daily News in an article written in March 2014 explained that children ages 2-11 watch over 24 hours of television per week, and adults between the ages of 35-49 watch more than 33 hours of television each week.

Is that far more than you typically watch? Even if your time doesn't actually tally up to be 5 hours per day, do you possibly spend 2-3 hours a day watching the tube? All that time each day adds up to a lot of time spent with eyes glued to the screen not doing anything productive like exercising. Funny thing is, the most common reason people use as why they are unable to workout consistently is because they do not have any time during the day to do so.

I wonder how many of these people are spending 3-5 hours watching television each and every day.
To make matters worse, the majority of television viewers spend the time watching with some type of beverage and/or snack in hand. This means that not only is exercise not being done on a regular basis, but hundreds upon hundreds of extra calories are being tossed into the body and not being burned off while sitting on the couch or laying in bed.

Unless some type of initiative is taken on your part, nothing with change in regards to your health and fitness. Losing weight and getting in shape unfortunately do not happen magically on their own. It takes a willingness to change your daily living habits from what was possibly detrimental, to habits that are positive and constructive.

Does that mean you can never watch television again? By all means no, of course not! But how about instead of plopping yourself down on the couch for 3-5 hours to watch tv, first exercise for an hour (if your doctor has given you the clearance).

Then after your workout you will have earned the relaxation time in front of the tube. Trust me, after working out you will really enjoy the relaxing television time and more importantly drink a couple glasses of water along with a healthy snack like a banana or a peach.

That is a million times better than not getting any exercise and drinking soda/eating chips for 3 hours like you may have been doing in the past.

Think about all this the next time you find yourself on the couch for a few hours of leisure television time and hopefully you will make it a point to start including at least a bit of exercise into your regular routine. If losing weight is truly important to you, the change must be made by you!
